One of the major advantages of traveling for a year sequel to gaining full time job would be that it provides the grandaunt (s) the opportunity to gain the required exposure and subsequently experience to work better when hired for an employment. Every company, job roles and even job details will be better handled if the employee have some level of not just educational knowledge but experience and certain work-related information gained from visiting places, people, businesses and even sight-seeing. This will obviously give the person an edge over others when finally employed into full time job. Take for instance, it is rumored that the famous Albert Einstein left school, traveled to a nearby city for nearly three (3) years for personally scientific researches and analysis of several hypothesis before venturing fully into full scale scientific inventions.
