Before you contact us for the job, kindly consider the following conditions;

1) You (the employer) will have to provide us some vital information as we shall request which will guide us towards hiring the right person for the right job for you.

2) You (the employer) will have to pay us 20% of the person’s gross monthly salary which will be a one-time payment, not more than 5 working days after resumption.

If you’ve got the right person for the job, then this person might be limited in performance due to inadequate skill (s) and job-performance understanding needed for better and improved performance on the job role or duties; this is where this development and training comes in. We provide tailored-developmental training and courses that are geared towards meeting the identified needs of your organization at the moment. Consultation is a fundamental requirement before we commence this training as shall be explained below.

Human Capital Development Conditions

1)Consultation: As mentioned earlier, our training and human capital development is peculiar to your firm and staff. Our Objective is to confront the identified issues and to provide lasting solutions, this is why before we develop a course for you we have to understand the issues from the management view point and as well as from the employees understanding. This simply means in the process of the pre-training consultations, we will be talking to a representation of the management and that of the employees separately to enable us gather relevant information which will be our guide towards developing the needed course for the human capital development programme.2)The employees to be trained would have agreed and signed an agreement to work for a period of one year and six months before leaving the employment if he/she wants. However, if the employee decides to leave before this period, such employee will have to refund to the organization the cost for the training.

3)The Consultation fee is 50,000.00 flat; this is different from the training fee as that shall be charged separately. If your business is outside Asaba, You will have to pay for our flight ticket (to and fro), lodge us in a good hotel aside the consultation fee. However, if you business is within Delta State, you will be responsible for our transport fare and hotel fees aside the consultation fee.

Conditions for Restructuring of Your Business

1) Consultations: We will have to engage in series of discussions with top management staff, middle management staff and few low cadre employees to arrive at a structure that will bring ease of mind to your business. Our main focus here is to do all we can to reduce financial wastage, pay competitive salary that will make your employees to work for a longer time and finally develop a structure that will be system-based as against human-reliant.

2)Consultation Fee: The consultation fee for restructuring is 150,000.00 naira only. This will be a one-time payment before the commencement of the consultation work. If your business is outside Asaba, You will have to pay for our flight ticket (to and fro), lodge us in a good hotel aside the consultation fee. However, if you business is within Delta State, you will be responsible for our transport fare and hotel fees aside the consultation fee.
